This policy explains, in plain language, what BeeEzee ("we", "us") collects when you sign in and use a workspace, why we collect it, and what we never do with it. BeeEzee is operated by [company legal name], [registered address]. Contact: [contact email].
What we collect
- Your email address. You use it to sign in with a one-time code, and it identifies you to your teammates.
- If you sign in with Google: your email address, your name and your Google profile photo, as Google shares them with us. We use them to create your account and show who you are inside your workspace. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendar.
- Workspace data you enter: for example the contacts you add, your team members and their roles, invitations, and your workspace settings and business profile.
- An activity trail: when business data in a workspace changes, the database records who changed what and when. Owners and admins of that workspace can read it.
How we use it
- To sign you in, keep you signed in, and run the workspace you belong to.
- To show your name and photo to the other members of your workspace.
- To keep the service secure, for example to detect abuse of sign-in.
- To send the sign-in codes and invitation emails you ask for.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not show advertising and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- We do not read your workspace data except where needed to operate, secure or support the service, or where the law requires it.
Cookies and browser storage
We set cookies only to keep you signed in. Your language and light or dark theme are remembered in your browser's local storage on your device; they are not sent to us. The public pages do not set tracking cookies.
Separation between workspaces
Each business has its own workspace. The database is set up so that a workspace's data is only visible to that workspace's own members. This is enforced in the database itself, not only in the application.
Where your data is stored, and who helps us run the service
Your data is stored with Supabase (database and sign-in), in the region [data region]. The site is hosted by [hosting provider], and sign-in codes are sent through [email provider]. These providers process data on our behalf to run BeeEzee. We share data with them only for that purpose, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and workspace data while the workspace is active. You can ask us to delete your account or workspace data at any time by writing to [contact email]; we will respond within [response time].
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. If you signed in with Google, you can also remove BeeEzee's access from your Google Account settings.
Children
BeeEzee is for businesses and is not directed at children under [minimum age].
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell workspace owners before the change takes effect.
