These terms are an agreement between you and [company legal name]("BeeEzee", "we"). By creating an account or using BeeEzee you agree to them. If you use BeeEzee for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms for that business.

The service

BeeEzee is a business platform for teams. It is in early access and we build it together with our first businesses. Features change, and features described as "building next" or "planned" on our website are intentions, not promises or commitments to a date.

Your account and workspace

• You sign in with a one-time email code or with Google. Keep access to your email or Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• The person who creates a workspace is its owner. Owners and admins can invite people, choose their roles and remove them. You are responsible for who you invite.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Your data

You own the data you put into BeeEzee. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter the personal data of your own customers, suppliers and team.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, infringe others' rights or upload malicious content.
• Do not try to access another workspace's data, probe or disrupt the service, or misuse sign-in.
• Do not resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

Availability and changes

We work to keep BeeEzee available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" during early access, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features; where a change would affect your data, we will give reasonable notice.

Fees

Our intent is to stay free while we build with our first businesses. If that changes, we will tell you well before it does, and paid plans will never start without your agreement.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using BeeEzee and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, and we will explain why when we can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to [liability cap]. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes go to the courts of [venue].

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell workspace owners before the change takes effect.
